SHIPPING POLICY
Once you ordered, your piece will be shipped within 10 business days. Though the delivery dates are not guaranteed, pieces can be expected to arrive within one week after it is shipped.
International orders may take longer, please consider this when ordering. International orders may also be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Shipping costs vary according to the total weight and volume of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Although special attention is paid to packaging by adjusting the box sizes according to the piece and securing the piece with fillers, we unfortunately face some broken pieces. Since your package is shipped at your own risk, you may also request insurance and we will add insurance to your purchase.
If an insured piece arrives broken, please send us photos of the broken pottery with the packaging and you will be fully refunded except the courier and insurance cost.
PACKAGING
We are trying to use up-cycled or recycled boxes and packaging material for the courier wherever possible. Thus we are trying to reduce paper waste and our carbon emissions.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We would like you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't like an item please inform us to start the returning process within 14 days of delivery. Once the piece is received back and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding original shipping cost and insurance will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns.
